I really like Tour De Pizza Deux. We don't normally order pizza, but when we do it is Tour de Pizza Deux. In my opinion they are better than the original one next to Publix/Stein Mart. Here is what love about this location- 1- fresh ingredients, including the salads. 2- friendly staff. Ease of ordering is important to me and the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure i get exactly what i want ( i do ask for substitutions). 3. Crispy crust. Not greasy. 4- fair prices 5- interesting and creative topping combinations 6- quick! Enjoy it!

Holy yum. Its hard to ever go wrong with pizza, but Tour De Pizza really does it right. I'm a cheese kinda pizza lover so its always fun to try new places and see if they can surprise me. Loved the flavor, style and quality here. Tried the garlic knots, salad and cheesecake too which was a nice addition to the meal. Haven't ever eaten there, just ordered for pick up. It was easy and fast. Can't wait to order it again and who knows, maybe i'll even try a specialty pizza next time...

The pizza was not great. The pizza is cooked and sitting out in the open air. When you order it its cut from there and re-heated and served.

Pizza was pretty good: cheese, toppings, and crust. Crust is somewhat thin but flavorful. Sauce is on the verge of tasting like spaghetti-o's sauce but not too noticeable when overpowered by cheese, toppings, and crust. Tons of other reviews raved about the garlic knots so I bought them. My opinion, nothing special. It also may be because my food was not hot when it arrived for delivery. Took exactly 45 minutes like they said to arrive on a Thursday night after 8:00PM.

Tour De Pizza has two locations, within just a few miles of each other. This if for the location that is closest to my house--- you will find me here often for some good deals on great quality slices. They have definitely mastered business marketing with a weight loss campaign based on eating pizza for one month. When the pizza is loaded with delicious vegetables and a massive amount of exercise, I can really see no difference in eating a veggie slice from TDP and eating a sandwich with cheese. Speaking of healthy stuff, I had their house salad. The small size was massive, inexpensive, and packed with; hand cut fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, romaine lettuce, and gorgonzola cheese. I could only eat half, and took the rest to work the next day. Salad dressing is always served on the side. During certain hours, cheese slices are $1 each and specialty slices are $2 each. Today they were having a special that was a slice of any kind of pizza with 4 garlic knots and a drink. I went crazy and ordered a pepperoni calzone, it was gooey and full of high quality mozzarella. You know, the kind of melted mozzarella that can stretch at least three feet when you bite it. I hope to return for some more pizza slices. There are some really interesting combinations of toppings. Just from looking at the pies on display---TDP really goes out of their way to use quality ingredients and also make vegetable pizzas look and taste more appealing. The sausage they use is full of flavor and has a great fennel taste. They do not post their business hours anywhere, so it can be difficult to figure out. Yelp noted this location as closed on Sunday, but we visited and they were open. The shop looks really small from the outside, but there is tons of booths and seating inside. My main complaint about dining in at TDP is the loudness of the TV's, but I guess you get used to it eventually once the ringing in your ears kicks in. It is silly to talk about dinnerware, but it really makes a difference when you are paying for food--- they serve their dine-in food on wood plates and actually give you metal silverware to use. This is miles ahead of some other pizza places I have been to in the area that make you eat off of Styrofoam, sawing into it with plastic silverware. They have delivery, par baked pizzas to cook at home, and excellent service.

Tour de Pizza is the best all around pizza place in Tampa Bay. I drive across the bridge for Tour de Pizza. If you've ever been here then you know why! Great staff and even better pizza. They've got tons of traditional flavors. They've also got a low carb/high fiber crust option. And then there's the BBQ Chicken Pizza, the Magic Pizza and the Hawaiian Pizza has mandarin oranges on it! What?!? Yep, this place is awesome. Nothing more to say.

Not happy! I call at 8pm and they are too busy for delivery. I love your pizza but management you need to evaluate your staffing levels. How much other business did you lose tonight?

Good pizza and great service. Crust is just about perfect. Like a Philly tomato pie. Sauce is slightly sweet with a hint of garlic

I liked this place! Went with a groupon and ordered a half masterpiece half vegi thing (I forgot the name of) and two drinks (they do not sell beer here so that was disappointing) We took a seat and watched the dough guy do his magic while the rest of the production crew did their toppings. It was like a finely tuned machine. Pizza came and I was very pleased. yummy crunchy thinner style crust, fresh toppings, a nice combination of flavors. yummy The owner came over and introduced himself, to every table, even though he was trying to leave for the night he took the time to speak to everyone and that certainly speaks magnitudes as to his caring. All of the workers were very nice , from the counter girl to the dough guy, everyone asked how things were, if we needed anything, truly good service. I will definitely be back.

Horrid customer svc - left with no pizza. Will never go back. The new owner is rude. The place was empty on a Sat afternoon, should've been my first clue. Skip it!

So happy to have found a great pizza delivery place near my apartment. Last night I ordered a calzone and some knots and couldn't be happier with my experience. The lady on the phone was pleasant and thorough. My order showed up quickly, and the driver was very friendly. The calzone was/is fantastic. The combo of mozzarella and ricotta is perfect, and the other chosen ingredients fresh. My new go to pizza joint in St Pete!

First of all, after reading the reviews, whoever thinks that THIS is NY style pizza has never been to NY. This is NOT pizza but gourmet flat bread at pizza pie prices. The slices are too small and too thin. The ingredients are good though. I was just very disappointed and ended up throwing the whole pie away after trying the 1st slice. What a waste of food and money. I think it's obvious that I won't be going back to this place again. Way to pricey for such a chintzy portion. No bang for my buck whatsoever

We used to go the location closer to downtown but now we go to this one. Bill is always so nice and takes such good care of us! This is the best pizza in St Pete!!!!! I hear they are going to be opening up some more locations, we wish them the best!!!!!! The main thing to remember is stay with the current recipes that Matt (the owner) came up with! His recipes are what makes this place great!!!!!!

My family are huge dominoes fans, I'm not. Tour de Pizza pizzas is the only one.we can all agree on. I'm picky with my pizza, and the pizza here is fresh, great taste, good quality and even better price. Why support the man when you can support local business plus eat great.

Tour de Pizza is a small pizza joint in the Publix shopping plaza that serves New York Style Pizza that is fresh and tasty. The crust is thin and the pizza is not too greasy. My husband claims it is one of the best in town because it reminds him so much of his NY home. To me the pizza is good enough but not so good that I crave it. It is certainly better than Dominos, Little Caesars or Pizza Hut. My favorite pizza is the Johnny which has garlic, sausage, onions and bell peppers. Beware: it is very garlicky though! It is convenient, the prices are decent, and its a great place to take the kids when you don't feel like cooking. There are about 6 tables and 8 counter top seats so its a small joint. Ordering ahead and picking up is convenient and easy. They do have delivery services but we don't live within the delivery radius so i can't speak to the quality of service on that.

This is a great place for a slice of pizza! They usually have about a dozen pies out and you can select a slice or two, they'll put it in the oven and bring it out when it's piping hot. The crust is thin and crispy (except the deep dish) and the toppings are fresh and delicious. There are lots of original combinations to choose from and also a menu with salads, etc. If you don't see a pizza you like, there's also an option to build your own pie. The owner, Matt, and his staff are super friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great pizza and such friendly staff here, truly a neighborhood pizza joint. Can't say enough about this place. My preference on pizza is definitely thin and crispy NY Style. Although Tour De Pizza doesn't typically come out on the crispy side, it comes out perfectly thin and the quality of the sauce/toppings more than make up for the lack of crisp. My favorite part about this place is the variety of specialty pizzas on their menu. You can mix and match specialty pizza on one pie at no additional charge too! Highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Just had lunch, hubby had 2 slices and I had a stromboli. Food was really good, we were very happy and the prices are great. Place was clean and the service was friendly. Definitely my new favorite when I am in the area.

I am so happy that Tour De Pizza opened up a second location. They have taken over the space where Luke's Coney Island used to be. I have been a fan of Tour De Pizza for a long time, so I am super excited that this version is so close to my house. You can order half and half specialty pizzas. My two favorites? The Pearsciutto and the Masterpiece. So good. The Caesar Salad is pretty tasty and my husband is a big fan of the garlic knots. The staffers are always very helpful and friendly, just like they are at the original location. They are sure to tweak some things as time goes by (take out menus, napkins on the tables, etc.) but the food is great and the service is outstanding. Check out their daily specials for a good deal on tasty pizza made with the freshest ingredients.

Lunch with my kids. Service was great, food was awesome! Kids enjoyed playing board games and watching sports. Staff were nice and actually cared how our first experience went. Will definitely return.

Dropped in for a slice at an off time, but the pies they had ready-to-go were perfect.

What an awesome experience today at Tour De Pizza. I had read about the original restaurant in CL or TBT a while back. My wife and I and our three adult children were coming back from the aquarium and were hungry, NOW! The fast food stuff is off the radar. Where could we get a slice and a coke? We popped in to see if it was a slice and a coke place. They were so friendly. I ran back out and said a buck a slice until four, let's go in. We fed 5 people including drinks for $22 that is awesome! The owner came in and introduced himself, nice guy, and sent over some complimentary garlic knots. This is our new pizza and sub spot, period! No more mass produced cardboard pizza restaurants for us. Now, the pizza. It was like being in NY. It was great! You gottago there today...

People in St. Pete who know good pizza already know Tour De Pizza's Matt McClellan. He's offered a dazzling array of delicious pies at his original location for years and is as imaginative as he is personable. His enthusiasm for his job definitely spills over (metaphorically, ew!) into his menu and product. I've tasted his breakfast pizza as well as a host of other pies I can honestly say were phenomenal. Selfishly, I want to think that TDP "Deux" opened up closer to my office so that I'll remember to eat there more. Realistically, I know that enough people in our building alone will hit this new location to keep Matt profitable for years, if not decades. We got the "Johnny" for our first foray into Deux-land this afternoon. That's garlic oil and marinara with mozzarella, Italian sausage, sauteed peppers, sauteed onion and meatballs. I'm sorry for what that just did to your salivary glands, but you can slake that at Tour De Pizza. If you love pizza like I love pizza, then perusing Tour De Pizza's online menu is akin to peeping at dirty photos of naked people. Breakfast pies like the Honey Pie, the Kailua-Kona (throw some mandarin oranges on a traditional Hawaiian pie, why don'tcha?), and the precocious Pearsciutto? Take a Tour De Pizza!

This place is really awesome! Its clean, the portions are HUGE, the price is good, and the location is convenient. The staff is very nicely and respectful, and they have battleship and pictionary if you want to play games while you eat. Give these people your business!

Matt and his team are awesome! They strive to make pizza healthy, which is great because I can't get enough pizza but hate the grease and nastiness that comes with the national chains. Love that they're only a few blocks away from me with their new location, "Deux."

Ordered an XL pizza half pep/mushrooms and the other half sautéed onions and green peppers with garlic, and a side of garlic knots. I ordered delivery so my review is based off the pizza being delivered. The pizza is mediocre, which my honey also stated. I neither loved it or hated it. I did get banana peppers on my half instead of the sautéed green peppers (yeah, first time ordering and they messed up the order). The pizza was still warm but not hot and fresh like it would've been if I've dined in. The garlic knots were just ok, nothing to rave about. The pizza tastes like it was missing something which my honey agreed to as well but we couldn't figure out what exactly...parmesan maybe? Anyways, while I would order from here again, maybe, I'll take Dominos' Brooklyn Style pizza over this place any day.

We had a Groupon and decided to get the Greek Pizza. It was amazing - thin, crispy crust, and a pie filled with goodies and heavy on garlic - just the way I like it. Just the way the vampires don't like it. The service was superb - attentive without being overbearing. Despite lots of customers and take out orders, we watched how the entire operation worked like a well-oiled machine. The manager was totally engaged, interacting with customers, cleaning tables and not watching employees do the work. The guys throwing the dough and putting the pie together were pizza artists. We will definitely be back.

Awesome atmosphere at this place! The owner was quick to introduce himself and the staff was so friendly!! The pizza was also awesome! The kayak place we had left recommended it and I'm glad they did!! We aren't local so it'll be a while until we are back but we will be sure to stop in when we are in town again!

Love, love, love the pizza and the atmosphere is great too! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they cater to families...a huge plus for a family with four kids. They have old school board games that you can play at your table and they are trying to create a place where families can gather and talk and not just sit on their phones...mission accomplished! I'm so happy that they opened the north 4th St. location cause it's much closer to us.

Staff was very friendly, the prices are average for the area. I got a cheese slice and a specialty slice and it was average at best

I enjoy the greek pizza, it has great flavor with artichoke spinach and feta. The beat the clock special is great if you have kids that only eat cheese pizza. Many different choices of speciality pizza and a great choice of toppings if you like to build you own.
